  This tasty and sticky Chinese-style glazed pork belly is cooked in two ways. 1. The meat is properly boiled with seasonings. 2. Then fried before being cooked.  I’m back with the Chinese-style glazed pork belly recipe! Doesn’t it look divine? It’s so easy to prepare. And it takes only about an hour to finish depending on your past. Ingredients: 7 mo of dark soy sauce 60 ml of water 340 g of pork belly 120 ml of yellow cooking wine 29 ml of light soy sauce 60 mo of rock sugar Direction 1. Cut into pork belly in cubes. 2. In a large skillet over low heat, stir and cook until it turns golden brown. 3. Add yellow wine, dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, and rock sugar, and stir fry until it becomes dark brown. 4. Add 1/4 cup of water, mix properly, cover, and simmer for about 45 to 60 minutes over low heat until there's a glaze on the pork. 5. Ready to serve.
