How To Make Simple Easy Tuna Burgers
I'm back again with simple easy tuna burgers, this is perfect for lunch or dinner.
It's easy to prepare and is yummy 😋 you can't resist the taste of well-prepared simple easy tuna burgers.
This recipe is only for three serving
Ingredients
For the Patty
2 Large Eggs
2 Can of Tuna Fish
1/3 Cup of Chinese Water Chestnut
1 Tablespoon Parsley
1 Teaspoon Salt
1 Teaspoon Ginger
1 Stalk Scallions
2 Cups Of Bread Crumb
1/2 Teaspoon Grounded Black Pepper
Crispy Coating
For The Sauce
1 Clove Garlic
1 Tablespoon Parsley
1/2 Fresh Lemon Juice
4 Tablespoon Mayonnaise
For The Buns
3 Medium Size Of Buns
1 Teaspoon Of Butter
Assembling
Lettuce
3 Slices of Swiss Cheese

Direction
- Open the tuna and pure in a strainer, press it with a spoon in order to drain the liquid in it, and put it on a plate.
- Cut the ginger, and chestnut into dice and pure on the tuna plate.
- Chop a small bunch of parsley, and scallion, mix it together in a bowl then season with black pepper and salt.
- Add the two large eggs and blend them together with your hands, then form them into a hand sizable ball.
- Put the modded tuna ball into bread crumbs and press it into patties
- Place a pan on low heat, pour oil, and fry for about 4 minutes for it to turn light brown
- Remove from the pan and place in a pepper towel to absorb the oil
- Put the mayonnaise in a bowl and add garlic, the half parsley squeeze the lemon, and stir properly
- Glaze a pan with butter and place on low medium heat and put the sandwich buns, allow to turn light brown
- Cut the buns in two and apply the mayonnaise mixture on the buns, add the Swiss cheese, onion, and lettuce, and put the tuna burger on top of the buns. Wow done enjoy your yummy tuna burger.
