Ingredients 


Start by gathering the following ingredients:

- 1 lb pork, cut into bite-sized pieces

- 2 tbsp vegetable oil

- 1 large onion, finely chopped

- 2 green chilies, slit lengthwise

- 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste

- 1 tsp chili powder

- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder

- 1 tsp garam masala

- 1 tsp cumin powder

- 1 tsp coriander powder

- Salt, to taste

- Fresh cilantro, for garnish


Marinate the pork 


- In a mixing bowl, combine the pork, ginger-garlic paste, chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, cumin powder, coriander powder, and salt. Mix well and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.


Cook the pork 


- Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chopped onions and green chilies, and sauté until the onions are golden brown.

- Add the marinated pork to the skillet and cook, stirring occasionally, until the pork is cooked through and tender.


Garnish and serve
