But you can feel really good about two then you have come to the right place because today I am sharing this absolutely incredible chocolate chip cookies without butter that also happen to be dairy-free, gluten-free, and completely vegan so there is a lot to love.
They are soft and chewy and just bursting with chocolate goodness as I think chocolate chip cookies should be and the best part is they are super easy to make.
How to get started.
Ingredients
1 1/2 cup oatmeal (gluten-free)
1 1/2 cup almond flour
2 tbsp crushed flax seeds
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 cup maple syrup
1/3 cup oat milk
1/4 cup of melted coconut oil
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 Cup Choco Choco (Vegan)
Direction
1. Preheat the oven to 1500ºF (662ºC). Line the baking sheet with parchment paper. Set it aside. In a large bowl, mix oats, almonds, flaxseed, and baking powder. Add maple syrup, oat milk, coconut oil, and vanilla extract. Mix until the batter is smooth. Add chocolate.
2. Spread the dough on the prepared top plate. Push down the pile of dough behind the fork to flatten the cookie. Bake the cookies for about 12 to 15 minutes until they are lightly golden.
3. Allow the biscuits to cool a little before enjoying. Place in a closed container and store for up to 5 days.
